One of my favorite areas is Logan, Utah, as I graduated from Utah State University back in 1983. Love the town and the outdoor community and The Bluebird has been my favorite restaurant.
I was stationed there at Hill AFB back in the late 90’s to early 2000’s for 5 years and absolutely loved it there. I’m originally from the Houston area and initially it was a culture shock, but in a good way. The scenery is unbelievable and I remember the women there are SO BEAUTIFUL! Wonderful place to live and riding motorcycles. So many things to do there and I really miss Miller Motorsports Park, Hogi Yogi (spicy chicken rice bowl was awesome) and Pier 49 pizza. Lastly, we used to ride our sportbikes out to Park City and hang out at the outlets. I truly miss it!
Holladay maybe one of the most expensive places, but not every single part of it is super unreasonable at 17% higher than the average some of it can s not! However, where I live yes that applies, but I have lived in Holladay since I was a 11. I am now 48 and I would never want to be anywhere else except for Jeremy Ranch. I thought homes in other places around Salt Lake City, including the avenues, Daybreak, etc. and I’ve always come back to my condo in Holladay.
I am highly considering as well!! I don’t even want to say it but I’m in Ca 😖 the northern part!! I gotta get out of here! I looked up states not mandating masks for children bc I have 2 boys and do not agree! Utah was one on the list
Can you do a video like this on cedar city Utah? I'm planning on moving west and Utah is at the top of my list. I would like to know the pros and cons of this beautiful town.
Nice video. Lots of folks moving in from more expensive locations. Utah has a lot to offer its residents with beautiful vistas, lower crime rates, and great economics. We have enjoyed living and working in Utah.
I've only live here for just under a year now, and I'm kind of astounded there was so little Utah county on this list. The generally impression I've gotten is that Utah county is the place to live right now, and that Ogden metro (which was all over this list) is pretty mediocre.
Hi, is it possible to find waterfront apartments and not very far from Salt Lake City? I’m considering moving to SLC from chicago for a new job. I love in chicago that we have a lot of waterfront building and right in downtown. I don’t know if such a thing exists in Utah? I was told that the lake is not a real lake…
I now live in Brigham City after having lived in Ogden and Roy. You couldn't pay me enough to in those worthless towns again!!! The gangs are terrible, and the teenagers are wild as hell!!! Brigham City is the neatest town I have ever lived in and I wouldn't move for anything!!!
Are you a realtor? What about housing costs? It would be great to give average housing costs in those towns. Also what about health insurance? In California we have covered California which is a godsend. Are there insurance programs in Utah? Thank you!!!
@@livinginutah thank you for your answer. I was a bit worried about the town because there are no facilities in the area and only a few shops and cafes. Do you think that it could be a good place for a student of 15 years old? Do families have entertainment in the town? What about people there? Are they friendly? Thanks a lot
@@livinginutah what about going to Ogden? Is there public transport? And also do people go often to the ski resorts? Is it usual to go the at weekends? Is the weather very harsh in winter? Thanks
I’ve been in Texas my whole life but I’ve been seriously considering moving to Utah. I’ll definitely keep these cities in mind if I do move there.
Thank you for viewing. How is Texas ?
Love TX politics
I from Texas but been living here for 15 years... it a big change from Texas
@@Mrmando369 what are those changes? I live in tx curious to know

My wife and I will be visiting in October, for recreation and scouting . We hope to move that way within the next 5 years.
Have a great time visiting utah
How’s Utah with this Covid thing, vaccines and mandates? I want to move out to a state that believes in freedom.
Currently, no state mask mandate. Businesses have the option to require masks.

I was blessed to be born and raised in Holladay. I can't imagine living anywhere else.
Great place to live

Is bluffdale good?
I'm guessing Lehi is one of the cities that will become part of the top ten list, I'm surprise it didn't along
Possibly
This video should be The best places in northern Utah.

Jamie, I am a local realtor. Housing costs vary throughout the state. I'm not familiar with the California health insurance
All of Davis county was practically on the list, geez
Very popular county
Moving there next month! Finally 🤩
Yippee going to Bountiful!
Where are you moving from?
Update? How do you like it?
Hello Mr Mike Gallagher i'm from Algeria i'm following your channel since a while, your are doing a great job, thank you sir.
Thank you for the kind words. You are the first person to reach out from Algeria.
I am not a US citizen, but I assume there are different laws in every state.
We have Federal laws and State laws. Individual states can have laws that vary.
@@livinginutah tks very much.
What about ST George
We have a pleasant Grove in dallas tx but its probably one of the top 10 worst places to live in tx.
Great to know

I don't want to hear anything about northern Utah. Bleh! tell me about Southern Utah.
Southern utah is a great place.
