- Here is a quick video on how i touch up / fix my straightened hair after the Gym! Having natural curly hair , and having it straightened and going to the gym is a night mare!! But with this it’s a quick easy fix in less than 10 min. Now you don’t have to skip the gym just because of your hair! Hope this helps

My hair gets greasy from oil really easily too,I start with the teeniest amount.I will take the lid off,dip just the tip of my finger in,let any drips fall off then rub it on to the rest of my fingers then apply to my hair.I just repeat that if I need more.
I sweat even a drop and the top front of my hair starts curling and i turn into a founding father ugh hate it

My hair sweat badd in the back it doesnt do much in the front but after a while it does. I just tie up the roots with a cotton scarf so it collects the sweat. It works real good.

Just a suggestion, instead of putting the oil in your hair before using heat put it in ur hair after cause if you put it in before your actually cause even more heat damage because oil fries, so putting it in before the heat is actually just going to fry your hair

I cringed every time you said ‘highest heat setting’ I hope u don’t get heat damage doing this every time you workout. I own the dyson hair dryer and it does damage hair, just not at the level that any other blow dryer would.
