Don't do it to turbo would be my main piece of advice. Progress towards this in a safe and slow manner. Don't attempt tricks before you feel ready for them.

You gotta be really good at ch7double. Then you just kick hard and push the left foot down to ground. Shouldn't need a tutorial for that. Just practice.
I think this is an example of my progression line, but that was still a pretty amazing tutorial: cheat 7 double + swing 720 + a lot of practice and dedication = Shuriken cutter

Seen alot of ACL tears doing the shuriken cutter turbo, how does one prevent the injury? Has it got something to do with how one lands?
