I think it’s important to put rens past in context - living with crippling pain and fatigue and without answers. He has a diagnosis now, but he was treated for years as if his pain was all psychological when it wasn’t. And though he was condescended to and waved off for years, he’s choosing to communicate what that feels like. He wants the industry to be better and he’s not angry and bitter - instead he’s educating through music. Sometimes when you see negativity I see a call for grace and empathy.

I didn't think he was a troll but he's quickly became a favorite of mine for the way he breaks things down and explains the music in ways a lot of people don't and it feels like he's talking to me most the time it doesn't feel like I'm watching a reaction video on UA-cam. They are musical siblings. Their busking videos together are so great. And yes. Chinchilla is a beast. Her Fingers (live) is one of my favourite vocal performances of all time. No joke. Seriously underrated.
Definitely check out more chinchilla. If anything she's holding back on this one to suit the song. Fingers live is a must. I think of her more like, if Annie Lennox and Kate Bush had a baby and hired Bjork as the nanny.
As for Ren, the lad always just speaks his truth and we can't ask for more from an artist than that. Even if we don't always vibe with a track as a result.

I have gained so much respect for you from watching your reactions (especially Ren's). Thank you for giving him (and us) so many chances to impress you. I think there's quite a bit in his discography for nearly anyone but not everyone ranks them the same way. It's something I love about his fans: we're a really eclectic bunch. I don't think mistakes define a person, but rather how they respond to corrections
He shows more open emotion in his voice than most singers, and does it without it sounding fake or overdone. Like everything he does it's not forced, it just flows out of him pure and effortless.

Good honest reaction, I applaud that. One bit of advice, volumes are a bit out of whack, your voice comes across loud, the song you're reviewing, relatively silent. I'm pretty sure it's been fine on other vids, just not this one.
