Nick ,I would like to thank you for all that you have done over the years your articles and videos have made me a much better rider and saved my hide more times than I care to recall . I tell everyone that rides to take your Champ U corse It is an absolute gift to motorcycling.
Fantastic, so simple to understand.
Good advice! I rode mountain bikes for years before I began riding a motorcycle. It was a very natural transition, because I was already used to being on 2 wheels.
Brilliant Awesomeness!! Teaching the grandkids this early on. Thank you!!
Great video Nick! And you’re right about watching for the elk.
Excellent video! Randy is a great student! 😃👍❤🏍
Love using the MTBs to demonstrate. BTW, only one finger on the brakes with MTB. I get you’re practicing the motorcycle two-finger grip, but just saying for MTB beginners. Use the extra finger to control the bar. One is plenty on modern MTB.
Wondering how the dent on the truck fender got there. Someone forgot the sidestand when parking beside the truck? (Ask me how I know).
Some schools teach the "get done with your braking before the corner" idea and then on their level 2 they introduce trail braking.
I think this is terribly wrong. Why create a habit that you have to brake afterwards?(given that someone will continue on their lv2)
Why do they do that you think?
Those are some seriously vintage MTBs...
And fit that helmet properly!
I wear a motorcycle helmet cos otherwise it's impossible to keep your eyes open above a 30mph headwind!
"Like riding a bike." but the first step taken is modifying a bicycle as to make it act like something it is not?
Seems like that would help the few eccentric beginners, yet curse the many.
Just go ride your bike; is the overall message yah?
