Just got a VRide 36. This vid is very helpful. As someone new to stand on mowing, hills are very tricky (and daunting) to get the hang of. This helps a lot!
Ok, It looks like your mowing with the chute down. Why were you raising the chute on the last pass as you were going right by the flower beds? Personally I always double border pieces so on your last pass you can be discharging towards a bed without actually reaching it.
I heard the Toro's are great in hills but never tried one. I agree about the walk behind won't make money if it's sitting majority of the time . Thanks for watching!
Nice to see you think twice about going back up that hill. I use a Turf Tiger at work and across the slope is fine. Coming down is bad. I avoid it. Not to be nosy but how tall are you? I'm thinking from the shadows 6'4"+

Looks like a steep hill. Mower handles it good. Awesome
Thanks we love the Scag !
I just got a vride 2 and learning how to use it on slopes. Your POV video is very helpful! Thank you!
Congrats on the new purchase! I appreciate you watching and glad it helped

Grind on my friend. Great work on the hill. #grassgrind Yeah
Thanks Swamp Fox Yeeeaah!
Good video "Grass Grind"
Thanks Johnny , I appreciate it!
I have a Vride . I mounted weights on the front so I could mow going up hill
Thank you for saying that because I was thinking the same thing how much did you put on there for them
@@josephbialoszynski9837 i put 80 pounds of weight on mine .
That v ride 2 will hold better than a grandstand and I wouldn’t get a walk behind unless you had a bunch of hills. Not worth the investment

Yeah buddy 👍👌
Alot of ruts on that lawn from mowing it the same way everytime for too long ??
The ruts are from the homeowner. I appreciate you watching!
@GRASSGRINDTV OK thanks for clarification man 👍
Chris. How do I go about purchasing a Grass Grind hat from you?
Hey Ken visit grassgrind.com
@@GRASSGRINDTV Thanks Chris.

Thanks Ed , I agree it took me a while to learn to mow across the slope . Yup I'm 6'4 , but I look 7'4 especially on the Bobcat 😂
Guy is mowing grass into the flower beds and tracking all over the driveway lol I’ll make sure not to hire them lol
I have a chute blocker on the Scag that prevents grass to go into flower beds. Dry grass doesn't track on driveways. I appreciate you watching!
