Can't believe that SM has had this song for years. Beautiful was supposed to be for that unit's debut
I mean~NCT have lots of ballad songs that have good lyrics where they spread emotions..
But this is the first among all of them that made it to the title song...
I'm so glad Beautiful wasn't NCT U's debut song,because it won't have this much impact....Once again,Thank you for giving us Everything 💚
exactly.. as much as I'm glad they considered it to be their debut song, I think this song is more suitable for lots of people to sing instead of 3 people only..
Without You is a great song for max 5 people and they made good decision to make it their debut song instead.
This song was there before NCT debut in 2016, they save the song and make the great decision to release the song in 2021 when NCT has grown up so much. Also, the fact that members also participate for writing the lyrics for this song. It's really more meaningful.

As an international fan of nct, yes i really like that they kept their music the same like they kept using the sound of kpop that me and the other int fans like since the very start of kpop, they didn't change and turned their music sound to more like the normal pop sound just because they are international group. I hope they keep this thing in their music in the future, and im kinda sure that they will sm has been always the same, they are the original Kpop

NCT has a very strong vocal line (some of the best in the industry imo) and always have beautiful ballads and slower r&b type songs included in the albums. I wish folks dove into that side of them more. 💚💚💚
fun fact; beautiful is actually a debut song for nct u but they changed it to the 7th sense 2016. thats why u can feel sm vibes like the old songs

actually, NCT have a lot of ballad..in NCT 2020 project, they have NCT U - From Home for their 2nd title track for the first part of Resonance album, they also have SM Station project like NCT U - Timeless and NCT U - Coming Home, and thats all ballad too...if you listen to whole albums of NCT projects or NCT each unit, they have a lot of ballad tracks too and all are good...
This song Beautiful was actually prepared for their debut song in 2016, that's why this song have 2nd gen vibe, the composer of this song is Yoo Young Jin, same composer for almost all SM songs...
