I know and it does more damage than prominence flash does at max power.
Also getting a skill depends the order. There’s a certain order to get a skill for example to get revenge death ball you have to kill Super Baby 2. To get Love cyclone you do it the order you did it.

I must say if you have the Haaa super soul plus burst or ultimate charge for these missions it go's actually well cause you can charge up ki fast plus you have temporary ki regeneration and when you charge your ki you boost your ki attacks and become stronger
These hard to get these skills.
Part 1 Something Xenoverse 2 does not tell you when you are using ultimate attack prominence Flash it is not a far-distant technique it is a extremely close technique the closer you are to your opponent the higher the damage each prominent Flash is more powerful then the next the third prominence Flash is maximum damage but I cannot stress do not do the move far away it does not cause damage only two weak opponents it does
I just played the lovely cyclone quest about 40 times and didn’t get shit

Okay but why would I want them when my fighter is a Saiyan male? It would look kind of odd to see him acting like Ribrianne. 😆 Also, they really need to change it so if you Ultimate Finish a mission you get all the unlocks for the mission. It's kind of annoying having to ultimate finish these harder quests multiple times before you get everything.

she does drop the ult, i got the you got a skill when i beat her, they change some pqs over new updates like uniforms/presets and skill drops

Part 2 also lighting impact is a lie it says when you are charging your attack if anyone touches you they will be shot and paralyzed if you double Dash behind the person who is doing it it will stamina break them and it will cause no damage on the person who Double Dash and hit you or you hit them I only know this because this technique is really good to use in those hard parallel quests but if you miss the attack it does not have a lock-on who the opponent so you can hit them also one of the top five most powerful attacks is Revenge death ball but it does not have a lock on it is a straight shot attack you need to stamina break your opponent in order to hit the attack if you do not stamina break your opponent they can literally swing around the Revenge death ball it does not follow your opponent
I could not get province flash but I got ribeiemanes eternal love and ssg vegeta move

The skill Formation! just won't drop for me, done the mission anywhere between 15 and 20 times and still nothing
pretty cannon is quite bs to get the time gap is sooo narrow they should make the finish to 8 mins not 7 thats waaaay toooo close not to mention she can accedently give you nothing i got the eternal love after 4 tries but pretty cannon is just too hard to get in time for i always am like 10 seconds under which i blame the fckign start of the mission for since that takes 20 secnds of the clock because dumb cutscene reasons the beuty tip missions is just bad it shouldnt even exist tbf they should give us the fcking dlc abilities right of the bet tbh at least the supers

How do you get ribrianne eternal love? Because I think I've did the quest over 30 times and I still haven't got it
Just keep getting the ultimate finish. It will drop at some point. I did PQ 100 no joke close to 50 times to get that drop.
I did it the first time and got the skill with out doing the ultimate finish
For me none of the moves wanna drop

Too k me 30 times and i did it solo got ult finish and did it under 2 minuets of the ult happening its ez if your use to bots.. I edited it to "say" I GOT HER LOVE HEART FIRST TRYYYY FFFFFFFF- (yes i wasted my time on formation...)

This quest is mentally farming ( pq 133 ) and switch lobbies be dead . Ai acts so dumb 17 enemies in 14:30 cause she talk too much
