It's gorgeous, addictive and actually fun. Can't wait to play more of this one.

The quests scale with the currently largest open group (like if you have an extremely large forest, the forest quests may go into the thousands). This is why closing groups, especially those with flags, is a good strategy because you can have quests in the low numbers again.
Bruh and here I was leaving those things open like an idiot because I kept getting quests with 100+ tiles needed.... Fug

When the video is painful to watch, but the voice is so soothing that you don't care. (I play this game religiously during D&D games)
If I may offer, try to close off as many things as possible, even if it doesn't have a flag. It keeps the number of pieces you need for quests down.
The game is so relaxing and peaceful, play at your own pace.

Obviously. But it is contradictory to tell someone to play at their own pace while slipping in an insult like "wow, how can you be so bad at a game you are playing for the first time. I have put tons of hours into the game and it's painful to watch a new player learn the ropes"

Just wanted to let you know that the difference between regular and lavender fields is purely cosmetic. There re different biomes across the map and tiles will have different colour pallets in different locations.
This game is so relaxing to the point I used to fall asleep while playing this game ;-;

Quests without plusses require exact values, but then complete and you can continue to add onto the group for other quests attached too, so they aren't as big a problem as you make them out to be. Additionally quests with little flag icons are the ones that require you to close them to actually complete the quest, but don't have any further requirements once the conditions are fulfilled other than the flag requirement (closing it), so you can keep going after getting the flag down. Water is also the more fluid (heh) tile edge, working with most other tile types to make a proper edge.
The upload timing by the time I’m ready to lay down after a long day with kids is perfect!!!!!

at a buffet, i personally sneak corndogs into the buffet so others can enjoy them. I hide 6 corndogs in my jacket pockets. it then, is a joy for me to see other patrons of the establishment eat my corndogs thinking they were part of the bufffff

Hey, DF, I know you're probably up to your neck in games to play, but you should absolutely check out Nomad Survivors, it's very similar but also very different from Vampire Survivors, with the same 3 dollar price tag for hours of play with all the unlocks and classes and races to attempt a run with. I currently haven't made it past the dark shroud, which if you play, you'll have to tell me how you pulled that one off cause I've never killed the first boss, never made it to 10 minutes, and only opened 1 crystal chest, so I'm clearly pretty bad at the game

There is a real board game called Carcassonne that is exactly like this game just you play with others not doing quests. it's my favorite and have 10+ expansions I definitely recommend it
