This sure is impressive; I am not sure how much use a booking service itself is since I can never really compare prices that way. So it might be comfy and good for someone who doesn't really care about the price, but for everyone else... but anyway, there are enough other ways on how one could use this in an efficient way (booking new flight when flight was cancelled, information about current situation etc).

Ultimately the goal was to demonstrate an AI agent's versatility and natural speech patterns, with empathy, filler words, rephrasing, handling rambling/distracted callers, etc.

@@parloa I think you reached that goal :) to me the AI agent acts just like a human, incl words like "um" that a human would be using.
