I do not have Schizophrenia, nor my family, but this interview was still very much appreciated and very helpful. I’m dumbfounded that this exact interview is not picked up via major news networks and related broadcast shows that sometimes do documentary short films on these types of mental health conditions. Sharing the stigma and treatments used previously, and the recent growth of treatments for this disorder is great news and must be shared with everyone. Hi guys! Here is a follow-up bit of news... some odd or funny timing on this news. On TV yesterday, 6-10-24, on the Discovery Channel, a 1-hour documentary titled "Six Schizophrenic Brothers" Season-1 Ep-1 "Perception". A documentary about 6 brothers in a family of 12 kids born between 1945 to 1965. No need for my personal review about this Discovery show, but I wanted to share this with anyone interested in learning about the subject of Schizophrenia... you should definitely watch this if your able to find it. The Townsend interview "Schizophrenia with Daniel Hale" interview could've/should've been a great segment before, during, or after this Discovery Channel documentary. I assume Discovery will have future episodes. If I was a producer of this Discovery show, I would love(!!) to see this Townsend/Daniel interview! If I was Townsend, or Daniel, I might attempt to contact the producers at Discovery...??
