DSR1 - Flashing and updating the DSR1

This is a mess. I did the activation. when I go to flash, im being told cant do it.

i cant download it the screen just turn white when i press the download buttom

i installed the DSR1 in a 2014 Toyota tundra. Flashed it back in 2020 when i installed it. Followed these instructions now my HU's volume bass. treble is all greyed out. No way to flash back to the old firmware. i have no sound at all now. Garbage

i wish rockford and all of these other "professionals" would quit saying that the dsr1 has 8 channels of output !!!! more like 7....!!!!
