Major train delays between N.J. and NYC highlight crumbling infrastructure

Commuters in New Jersey and NYC are speaking out about New Jersey Transit's crumbling infrastructure after countless incidents have caused delayed trains or diverting to another location. This comes just before a striking 15% fare hike starting in July.
