    “It’s not your fault” was such a powerful thing to hear. So many of us who face this struggle bear so much shame and guilt. Thank you for your work to de-stigmatize self injury and turn the conversation toward addressing the cause rather than the result. Y’all are doing incredibly important work ❤

    Thank you so much for this. I've been struggling since I was 13 and I'm now 24. It's definitely hard. I hope I can get to the place where I can completely stop. It's so nice to hear others experiences ❤

    I started this behavior at 14 but I’m 36 now and still struggle with it and it’s hard to find resources for adults who self harm
