Man the amount of research peyton put to this show is so good. Hes a great nerd
For real. That big nerd was definitely a big part of his game. Being able to call and change the play on the fly, was really amazing to see/hear the nerd at work.
What show was this?
I mean he doesn't have a job.

In case someone gets offended😂😂😂
@@Billabongbabalogthank you lmao
I love that Peyton is doing these vignettes exploring the whole nature of the NFL and all the cool things about it.
What a great family! The Manning’s are terrific.
He is like the Merlin Olsin of footb......oh wait.....
Please this is made up junk! They didn’t have any fantasy football in any decades previously! Stop lying
These videos are all like 2-4 years old they used to be on ESPN PLUS on Peyton’s show back then, i forget what it was called but I remember i bought it just to watch his series. I remember quite a few of these videos including this.
Peyton's show is always fun, clever dude, best thing to happen to modern NFL entertainment.
The entire Omaha team is top tier
"I don't have a job" LOL - class act AND hilarious.
Peyton is as entertaining off the field as he was on it.. Still a 🐐
Peyton is a master of comedy - by far the most difficult acting of all. Just like being a legendary QB. A rare achievement 🏆
Peyton is hilarious, with his understated sense of humor. He has great comedic timing as well.
I've been a Broncos fan for life. I feel so lucky that he was our QB for 4 years. That final year, the Super Bowl season, was incredibly difficult and incredibly humbling for Peyton. He was dealing with an extremely painful injury that affected his performance. Gary Kubiak pulled him from the lineup and put him away from the spotlight so that he could heal and recover. He came back at halftime during the final game of the season to lead the team back to victory. The rest is history, but he had the worst statistical season of his career that year. I remember Gary Kubiak saying after the Super Bowl how incredibly proud he was of Peyton. That stuck with me. Peyton was humbled, he dealt with physical and mental pain, and when he came back, he knew he had to be a game manager so that the team could win it all. That's more amazing to me than the record season. That's why he's one of the greatest to ever take the field.
i took manning at the 1.01 in 2013 on my first ever fantasy football team and he took me to the final😭 hooked ever since
Same
I had Marino in 84. That might have been the best year for 20 years.
It scared people so much passing Tds were reduced to 4pts
Even today I disagee.. until we start seeing 10+ QBs have 40+ passing scores then I might accept that
@@aceassn716 that's why you gotta do SuperFlex
Peyton has always been my 2nd favorite quarterback behind Marino and. I never knew how much Peyton liked marino until recently. Peyton is definitely a first class football player and person. My favorite game was the 5th game of the 1999 season when the Dolphins played the colts in Indianapolis. The old man showing the Young gun how it's done. Much respect Peyton 🤘🏻✌🏼👊🏻
In 2013, due to a technical glitch during the draft, I ended up with Manning and brady. Debated all week who to start that week, and went with brady. Brady had like 1 td and not many yards, peyton...7 touchdowns... And I lost when I would have dominated had I started manning. And that game loss kept me from making the playoffs. Still upsets me to this day lol
That was the revenge game against Baltimore, with Baltimore players posters all over Mile High, should have been a no brainer. It was pretty obvious that Peyton was going to go off
I won my league that year. I'm a Broncos fan, and had a total homer team. By the end of the season, I had picked up nearly every Bronco off waivers. Made it a bit tricky during the bye week. But points galore all year.
2 Tennessee greats Peyton Manning and Nathan Peterman
I’d like to thank 2012 Peyton for helping me have the greatest qb rotation ever in fantasy, we were a league where you got to keep one player from the season before and I had cam newton, I picked up Brady late and since it was mannings first year in Denver I got him with my last pick. Manning, Brady, Newton, I was unstoppable.
Just recently found this channel and man it’s just the best
oh hey man, love your channel too. didn't know your into football
@@RaymondRoycetibayan I played in college haha
Best martial arts for football as a new video maybe?
@@quangminhvu9542 sumo is the answer lol
@@SenseiSeth i can see it, from watching your vids
that guy peyton was talking to is really well spoken, i enjoyed listening to him
Randy Moss was my FAVE ALL TIME fantasy player. That year he had in NE man! Every week just about he scored a TD or at least had 75 yards.
And yet I had the nerve to bench him against the Jets and Revis because I knew he'd be shut down -- that's how good Revis was.
I watch that Coughlin clip like once a month whenever I need a laugh
Peyton is still (& WILL ALWAYS BE) THE Classiest of the entire Manning Family! 🍻👏🏻🍻
"Wow you've done your research I'm impressed"
"Yeah well I don't have a job so plenty of time on my hands"
Lmao Peyton after football is amazing. Respected him while he played but love the guy now. Brings some good energy everywhere he goes.
Peyton Manning is my idol, first of all. Every year I play fantasy, I always drafted him on my team. Eventually people would also take him first round and I always had to trade my way to getting him.
Peyton is the man , been a huge fan from Tennessee to my beloved Colts, sorry about that and into the Denver days. Appreciate your whole body of work so far, keep it up and we all enjoy the entertainment you brought to this generation of fans
Love this, I still owe Peyton pizza and a beer for helping me win the league back in '13
I don’t have a job line was hilarious 😂
I would PPV a live stream event where Peyton, Eli and other NFL greats get together and draft their fantasy football teams. It would be entertaining, provide a players’ perspective and great opportunity to raise money for charity. Make it happen!
Imagine being a fantasy owner those times when a ball carrier intentionally slid SHORT of the goal line, to ensure their team kept the ball and the lead to the end of a game. Your emotions suddenly swing from elation to anger. Sure they won the game. But did they even think about you?!?
Lol
I cant tell you how happy i was when todd gurley messed up and forgot to slide as a falcon vs the lions.
I had Tomlinson in 06 and won my league. I had Payton in 13 and got ousted in the first round of the playoffs.
I love to hear Peyton talks football. He does his research. And brings a little fun to it
Playing background music clearly inspired by Claptons “cocaine” when discussing the creation of fanatasy football in a basement is low key brilliant
So blessed to have Peyton Manning what a badass man run for Congress to the president please
Ahh yesss. Every Chiefs lifer relishes that 2015 Broncos game that marked the retirement of the Payton Manning plague - from the Chiefs playoff losses when he was at Indy, to snubbing the Chiefs in free agency then Broncos dominance. The Chiefs finally got rid of him, and on their own terms.
The fact they ended it on the low note is freaking genius
The fact that it took until the 17-game era for Mahomes to beat Manning's single season record is impressive, especially because it took a few years even then.
Love they put this production together! Amazing work and big ups the Fantasy Football community 💯🔥
As an Oakland native who lived next to the Kings X tavern my whole childhood, pretty cool to learn the history that place has regarding fantasy football! Pretty sure it’s a tiki bar now lol. 2006 was my first year of fantasy and I had Payton and LT. I’ve been hooked ever since 😂
Geez, I thought I was an original FF player 35 years ago, when I had never heard about it before then, nor did anyone I knew. 1963? Crazy!
We used to have to wait until the next day's box scores to add up who won, and there was only one format -- standard of course. Computers were the greatest FF gift ever, then came the internet. All drafts in-person and those clips were so spot on!
4:01 King’s X is the greatest band ever
I thought Peyton might have had coaching in his post NFL career but I think he has more fun with Omaha
Love you Peyton. Keep up the genius content.
Total Class
8:21 maybe my favorite Chiefs game ever. Peyton broke the all time yardage record that day.
And he got benched 😎
Qb Legend
Peyton is so good , very much a natural
Peyton was my first qb i had in fantasy football
I love Peyton Manning. I hated him when he played, just because he was so good, and wasn’t on my team and I never got him in fantasy.
I really hope he’s really this cool and nice when the cameras aren’t on.
The Mannings are amazing!
Peyton didn't wanna hear about LT but he is him and will be known.
That bar in Oakland that the mention is a tiki bar now, I used go play pool there. That's really cool.
Loved the ending. Your comedic timing, while seen, is still underrated. I'm curious what your fantasy score was for the Jon Gruden, come from behind, Bucs game.
Peyton Manning won so many people so many Fantasy Championships.
Peyton, you and your brother are great for the game.
That year Peyton was with the Broncos. He helped alot of teams win the league....
I was at the Baltimore game 😢 greatest game!
I had Moss that year. Not to mention Brady and Adrian Peterson. I never lost.
Always entertaining!
I freaking love the Mannings.
Wow that was fantastic. Really educational. I’m a nerd too!
I love how Peyton says, "My goals and your goals are not the same, buddy!" when a fan complained he did not throw enough touchdowns when they won 10-7. Players could care less about Fantasy Football as they play to win the game - not win with stats for any fan's fantasy team. Talk about ridiculous.
8:32 ❤ It's just known as nathan peterman's game??? That wasn't even the only time he did that. That was just the time that josh allen Became josh allen... Never forget
Showing some killer love to the juice!
You guys are awesome
the legend SCOTT STERLING was a part of the creation of Fantasy Football? What can't that man do with his head!
I'm currently in a league that's 44 years old that still follows these rules. There are still 3 original owners.
Bro... We need Peyton as the Comish! Such an old school football nerd, but he presents it in a way that bridges the gap between the generations. No wonder he has such a big head. He's got a HUGE brain that it encapsulates! 😂🤣😂
Michael Vick actually has the most fantasy points in a game by a quarterback.
In 1969, Andy Mousalimas, an original creator of GOPPPL (Greater Oakland Professional Pigskin Prognosticators League) and participant in the inaugural draft, brought the game to his Oakland sports bar, the King's X, where the first public fantasy football league was founded. Kings X is now a Tiki Bar called the Kona Club - Enjoyed many a drink when it was Kings X as well as the Kona! Usually after a walk/picnic in the Piedmont Funeral Services and Mountain View Cemetery Memorial !
8:13 I know someone who had
Peyton Manning: -6.60
Shane Vereen: 2.80
Antonio Andrews: 0.80
Brandon Marshall: 8.30
Sammy Watkins: 1.40
Martellus Bennett: 1.80
Tyler Eifert: 2.60
Mason Crosby: 4.00
Broncos DEF: 1.00
Total: 15.90
And his bench was:
Matt Ryan: Bye
Andre Johnson: Bye
Anquan Boldin: Bye
Darren Sproles: 3.40
Ladarius Green: Bye
Marvin Jones Jr.: 3.60
Saying it was a rough week would be an understatement 😂
I had LT in 06 and he single-handedly dragged my shitty team to 2nd place.
I only played Fantasy Football ONCE and I won the whole league because I drafted both Tom Brady and Randy Moss that first year.
absolutely crushed everyone
Keep up the great and entertaining work!
This was GREAT!!!
The Irony of this is that I never ever draft a Raider. I've always drafted Payton's TEs.
Adrian Peterson rookie season is among the best FF seasons!
He and Eli are hilarious
Love that Matt Barry brought up the first game we beat Peyton in since he'd become Qb for the donkeys
4:41 one great Quote
I loved seeing all the Broncos ORANGE in this vid! Thanks for staying here in Denver with us Peyton, we love you! Thanks for all those TDs :)
I remember mailing (snail mail) in my lineup changes in early 90's
Absolutely Amazing amazing videos sharing dear friend 🙏
Really enjoyed watching my favourite channel of all times ❤❤❤❤
Super big big like thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍
See you again keep intouch ❤️
Tom Brady can only do so much by himself.Peyton Manning is the man. the sheriff .yo daddy
Intro so good 😂
The glory days of FF were back when you couldn’t wait for the Monday morning newspaper so you could see how you were looking going into MNF.
Lol I don't have a job so I have time got me laughing
CMC 2019 goat
I got yelled at for trying to draft Brady in the 2nd round this year. I feel the pain.
I used to play it for 20 years and the nfl made football almost every day of the week. Their greedy nature of the nfl/ owners basically made it from 2 days a week to a full-time job.
I couldn't and refuse to keep up with it. Now I don't give a shit.
Im a Payton fan
Wow, I had no idea Fantasy Football went back that far!
~_~
In 06 or 07 I had the number 1 pick and took LT. It was Adrian Petersons rookie year and I got him super cheap. I think I may have also had Marvin Harrison. Anyway it was the first year of the league and I smoked the world. Waited 6 more years for another championship lol
No look passes he's just showing off🤣🤣🔥🔥
I had LDT in 2006 and i remember trading him mid season lol my co-manager was SO pissed lol
Peyton's so funny
This has to be from after Mahomes 50 TD season. Crazy that Mahomes and Allen have put together 7 of the best 20 QB seasons of all time
I took my oldest son to that dismal 2015 game.... It was sad.
Still had a great time though.
Fun fact: King’s X is also a killer band
Great video.
Second only to the great Nathan Peterman (who somehow still has a job) is special.
Never thought peyton would be a "you tuber" in a way, just shows legacy media is out.
King's X best band ever!!
Kurt Warner season was the best hands down!!
Is anyone going to comment about the young kid from the future @ 1:50 holding a mini video cam?! I'm sure it's something else, but seriously, tell me it doesn't look like he's holding one! 🤣
He’s holding a drink
Edit: Alright maybe not a drink the first time I watched I went to look for this comment then after commenting I watched a few more times and yea you know I think it is a video camera. They did have them then so maybe it is idk lol.
@@WDub963 They had cameras, but not that small! Lol!
