I forgot to mention that brickmania doesn't do a good job at keeping figs in stock, and for some reason they only restock certain figs. Also another thing is that there figs are so specific. They hardly ever make other variants of figs. When was the last time you saw some M36 or M40 German figs in stock?
to be fair, they'd probably get a lot of hate for "copying tmc" if they did that, and I think they actually do a great job at keeping figures in stock, just the monthly theme thing kind of holds them back
After watching, kits are a different issue when it comes to design, making money, prices to buy pieces, printed elements in the kit, figure price in the kit, Brickarms elements. All of these go into kits and are fair in my opinion. Figures are different, they have no reason to be above 25$. The new flamethrower operator should only be 25$ after doing some estimated math. I mostly agree. The company however had amazing customer service and shipping, compared to what I’ve looked at for reviews about TMC, and opinions from content creators on Instagram. I do agree with your opinions in this especially when you started showing new and old Brickmania figures. The new ones have gone down in quality compared to the old. Just like Lego, they have gone down in quality, but up in price. I still love Brickmania though!
The Flamethrower fig’s price is expensive due to the 20+ dollar brickarms flamethrower, remember they purchase the brickarms then resell them. Not to mention the custom flame piece which I’m sure also drove the price up. Also Inflation in an economy is a very real thing if you haven’t noticed things from a couple years ago will obviously be cheaper than something from today. TMC is 15 plus maybe 4.00 for a helmet and 3.00 for a head which amounts to 22 which is, around the price of a brickmania fig.
To be honest - Brickmania usualy made better figs that most of other brands but they shouldn't sell them for so much money because they aren't so much better.
To be completely honest, I like brick mania better. Being completely honest tmc isn’t good at keeping stock but I’m not saying the printing is better, because tmc has better printing, but according to right now they have no German torsos except for an engineer. There are no tmc building kits while brickmanias are quality, detailed, and mostly always in stock. This is just my opinion, and I don’t want to judge
You are right brickmania minifigures got more epencive, but there are quite obvious reason for that. First some of there old figures used lego heads while the New one use custom heads. Second all the figures you showed representing the New figures had 3d printed headgear. And as someone who is into 3d printing as a hobby i can say that what brickmania does with there custom elements is impressing. In order to acchive that you need to invest houres to Modell it, print it, clean it properly and harden it. This adds up (hand of tax). And finally you also have to consider the Inflation.
@@YTBrickBuilds also I actually bought that 50 dollar flame operator. Here's how I justify that kind of purchase. 1 I'm not making a squad of these guys I'm just getting the 1. 2 it's meant to be more of a centerpiece minifig to a moc, and 3 I've gotten the stormtroopers before and those were 50 each. I've got 4 of the stormtrooper so the flame operator doesn't seem so bad by comparison. Also the brickarms he comes with is actually fairly complex made of multiple pieces to realize the weapon

Just my 2 cents
I get you don’t look at the business stand point but tmc is cheaper but bkm is so much more detailed and modern bkm is so much better than tmc bkm 3D prints so it’s super exspensive and you forgot the vest
The thing is, when bkm tries to put a lot of detail on a fig, it just looks so messy cuz of their thick lines, for example, take a look at bkm's marpat fig vs TMC's
I agree with most of your points except for: 1. In my opinion, Brickmania actually did the Desert storm infantry and WWI British infantry better than TMC (prepares to get assaulted) 2. A lot of people say that Brickmania is cartoonish, while TMC is also cartoonish in their own way. The magazine pouches on the DS infantry looks off, the tunic of the WWI British looks off as well. 3. You can't really compare the old Italian Bersaglieri with the modern Chinese tanker. The Italian doesn't have side torso printing and has a generic LEGO head, while the tanker has 360 printing, including arms, and has a custom head. 4. Their kits can be controversial, but for the most part, I understand the high prices. 5. I feel their printing has gotten better in a way, the lines have thinned down a lot, but I still like the old figures, they're so nostalgic. The figures, however, are a different story. It's almost like they purposely got BA to make exclusive parts just to mark the price up and say "oh, but it has custom parts." Nope. I can't see and will not see how $57 is justifiable. Go buy a jeep instead, or 57 brickarms. This needs to stop. This is such a shame. I really like Brickmania. I really do. But this cannot go on any more. The only way to get this to stop is to not buy any of their absurdly priced figures. Hopefully they'll realize this and lower the prices. Also, as a side note to Brickmania, I am NOT a hater and I actually really enjoy your products, so my comment is completely genuine. Please lower the prices.
