I'm not joking when I say this, you are the biggest hero ever. I was trying to make a video, but in the editor, the video slowly drifted out of sync, No matter what I did. After a few days, I found this video. Now, I can put the audio and video where needed. You just made me so happy. The video was too large for a conversion on any website, but I saw this. Thank you so much. I now can adjust the audio where needed.

Just wanna add a tip : we can do this for many files in the same time by holding Shift and click to the files we want to convert.
This can save your time.

What do you mean many files? Like multiple in a file or folder? I selected around 90 and the destination file section just says multiple files selected ..there’s no way to save it to any location

Was driving myself crazy trying to figure out why even though I had "Audio-MP3" selected, the file was still saying MP4 in the destination folder and I was getting output errors. HELP!! After using this program for two years with no problems one day it decided to give me the message “the output file already exists. If recording continues the file will be overridden and its content will be lost.”I have tried many different files, named them very differently, uninstall and reinstall. Nothing seems to work. Do you have any thoughts about a remedy or why its doing this? Of course they dont have customer service so Im stuck. I use this for work so if you can help I would appreciate it.

have to choose H.265. When selecting H.264 which is the default, it saves it into an mp3 again instead of the mp4 which is what youtube needs.

I was so close doing this myself, but instead of choosing mp3 I clicked on the gear icon and chose mp3 in there instead and saved it as a profile because I didn't see mp3 in the dropdown list, but for some reason it just won't work that way!
