I'm sorry that happened to you. It seems like a blessing in disguise. Junior college is cheaper and you'll get your major prep in. Make sure you go into the counseling center to make a smooth transfer.
When I went to CSULA many years ago, I was a working night student, CSULA actually had one of the largest enrollments behind UCLA. The day students were mostly younger students from high school. After 6 PM there was a total almost a total turn over. Then came the working students like me, so school spirit for most us, zip. Having to work my way through school there was no orientation. Work, going to class, library, home was pretty much the summation of my time at CSULA. Not the fault of CSULA it was more the reality of being a working student that had to pay my way. .
my orientation is aug 10 and i too am having problems w financial aid, csula are infamous for losing paper work and not notifying students on any missing documents or errors so it sucks! good luck tho.

Someone at a junior college where I live checked a wrong box on her financial aid application, couldn't get it fixed, and got rejected. A local news station got it fixed for her. So, she got her financial aid in the end.
My gosh hope everything got solved! I got an email saying I was reject from the school DURING ORIENTATION luckily everything got fixed I'm attending csula also!
Omg! Yea it was not fun but also something came up and I might be attending mt. Sac in the fall. Not csula. But we will see. The vlogs are daily so you should be able to see what ends up happening :)

right now I am trying to enroll in csula for a graduate in mechanical engineering so, is there good college for a master course in engineering specialty mechanical?
Supposedly their engendering program is really good!!! I don't know about mechanical specifically but they have won lots of awkwards etc. :) hope this helped
