Using Chase Bliss Blooper Dry Kill Switch to Get Real Time Effects

  • *UPDATE* - if you trigger the record function with midi you can do it much MUCH faster
    Found a new (to me) sound/Chase Bliss Blooper function and was inspired to write this little finger picking ditty.
    Apparently you can kind of, almost use Blooper’s dry kill (full wet) function in real time if you hit the record button fast enough.
    Beware because I actually attempt to speak on camera in this one.
    Here are the dip switches that are on -
    Stability
    Mod B (for the filter)
    Bounce
    Random
    Dry Kill

    Sounds like a 1920’s vinyl record that has some damage but still audible (in a great way!)

    Thanks for the demo! but I don't understand exactly; why the dry kill switch? and how are you playing / hearing the effects in real time here?
