Good analysis. IMO Vinati is way ahead of the rest of the chemical companies when it comes to return ratios, Ebitda margins, zero debt. The company has done all their capex thus far from internal accrual and never taken debt. Their execution capabilities are top notch. This is a very rare gem

why do you think company will boom from now? there is no product lined up which is as special as atbs or ibb. there are other players to make butyl benzene and it is low margin business. also going forward there will be less oil exploration, so atbs will be in less demand.

Good analysis. In hindsight, the Russia Ukraine war has probably helped valuations scale even higher peaks. I understand that you refrain from putting out a valuation opinion, but you should consider doing that too. For a business model that needs to keep reinventing, what could a useful valuation benchmark be for minority investors etc. You are doing a great job. Keep it up.
