Those pots are absolutely beautiful and I am blown away by the way you made them. Kneeling down in the garden, barely visible through the smoke and covered in toxic fumes....in the same moments magic happens under your hands, wow! This was amazing to see, thank you so much for sharing.. Seaweed, dried chicken poop, horse hair... can't wait to see what's coming next!
Yes, as I mention in the video it is possible. But you should go for a low fire glaze or raku as too high temperatures may burn off the pitfired colors. Also, depending on what colorants you have used fuming them in an electric kiln may hurt your heating elements.
Next time while doing horse hair try laying a feather on the pot. The feather will give an additional accent to the pot. Other than that the horse hair looks great.
Hi , tnx for your cool videos, 🌹🌹 How can we change our slip to anti-shock slip for reduction or raku process?? What kind of material we must add to our slip?
Tanks for this great vidéo. I usually apply ferric chlorid on pots before saggar firing at 800' C. I didn't now that we can use it at lower température.! Is it resistant to cleaning ? Are the vases waterproof ? Tanks for sharing.
This video is excellent! Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for great video lesson 😀 just wondering, how you did the spray bottle you're using here?
Thanks. I have been using different sprayers. Check what is available locally to you :-)

I do not like the marks feathers make but of course thats a matter of taste :-)
@@deMibPottery I hope I did not offend you by my remark. I really enjoy your videos and have learned a lot from them.
No, not at all :-) I am not easily offended - and never by good suggestions. It's just me that don't like the marks from feathers. Many do
Another great video, thanks for doing it.🤩
Thank you 🙏❤️
They are Awesome
Thank you :-)
Where can you obtain the spray can device for spraying the ferric chloride
I got it at a local store. They cannot ship these long distance so you have to look locally

The slips I make usually work OK in raku and pitfire too. So I don't add anything special to them
Tanks for this great vidéo.

It is as resistant as any other raku
❤ wonderful! May I ask where you obtained the Ferric Chloride sprayer from - it looked very easy to use 🙂
Thanks. I got it from a local craft shop. They do not ship these so had to get it locally (Denmark)
Can I apply ferrar chloride to the pot when it’s cold?
I am not sure it would stick or last if not fumed
