- Slovakia’s prime minister Robert Fico was said to be in a serious but stable condition after being shot several times in an assassination attempt.
He is believed to have been hit by at least three bullets, in the abdomen and arm, as he spoke to voters in Handlova, a town 80 miles northeast of the capital Bratislava. He was bundled into a car by his security team and taken to hospital.
Initially Robert Kalinak, the defence minister, said Fico’s condition was extraordinarily serious and he was fighting for his life, but after an operation on Wednesday night his wounds were no longer thought to be life-threatening, although they were complicated.

@@londonbabe2467•My friend is Slovak she said it’s not that serious he is still alive ..Having heard here views on him she lives in UK parents are on Slovakia.Plus her Parents views I wish no one harm myself but he seriously doses not seem the best representation of the country you only need read a few of him comments and most Slovaks are really polite this man seems to swear at press ..Etc plus bodyguards seemed to be taking a tea break or a nap or doing a side job makes me wonder what exactly where they doing why did he get bundled into a car so seriously injured?Regardless I am sure he has family that love him ..Let’s hope they get a new Democracy with more than 23% of the vote .Plus someone that’s not a Putin Supporter he has not sent wishes of good health strange that ..

Putin is the most SANE of the world leaders. The West just want Putin out of the way as he WON’T follow the WEF or WHO agenda. The West just want RUSSIA’s natural resources.
