People from other counties in your country are not automatically citizens of that country... Palestinians are not Lebanese so why would a Palestinian have a have Lebanese identity card.
In the west bank Palestinians are not allowed to uses certain buses, shops, not allowed to enter certain streets, not allowed to be in the same location as Israelis, that's real Apartheid... they have no rights in their own home.

Palestinians are refugees who are by Israel from returning to their homeland. Refugees typically have identity cards issued by UN or in this case Lebanon. Don't try to compare apples with oranges. You want to see discrimination look inside Israel.

Funny point from the US State Department: over and over again, they say that Hamas should agree because this deal is "nearly identical" to the one that Hamas agreed to weeks ago.
But Israel didn't agree to that one. So why is such an "objective mediator" telling one side they need to bend but not the other? Why wouldn't Israel be expected to agree to the one Hamas agreed to weeks ago but they didn't?
Acting in good faith is the key trait for a peace deal mediator: why would anyone ever believe that we as the US are doing that? Withhold our weapons and see how different the negotiations go.

Having the US central to mediating a ceasefire deal, while being totally in the Israel corner for the duration of this war, is absolutely ridiculous.
They've shown they only have one parties interests at heart & therefore lack any credibility in a mediating role.
