John Corigliano's STOMP ft. Lara St. John

STOMP by John Corigliano, is his take on American fiddle music for scordatura (cross-tuned) solo violin. Dedicated to and premiered by Lara St. John, this video features New York scenes that have special meaning for John, including his childhood home in Flatbush. This is a present for his 81st birthday: February 16th 2019!

I thought the piece was written for and premiered in the 2011 Tchaikovsky Violin Competition, still remember Nigel Amstrong taking his violin to his back and my jaw reaching my toes. Anyway what a nice take Lara made from this underperformed piece!

Which is the scordatura, please? I know that the midldle string are always D and A. What abot the G string and the E string? Thanks.
