I first saw you on PBS and VHS recorded every episode. YOU gave me the confidence that I could make a quilt. I've made several of your quilt designs using your strip quilting method! I've shared your instructional pattern books with others and when I see their quilts it made me smile. You have wonderful instructions step by step! Thank you for sharing!!!

Thank you for explaining a block in simple steps which otherwise appeared so difficult!! What all the quilters need is an inspiring force and you are definitely providing the inspiration!!!

LOL! I just finished my 1978 quilt (a Sampler in Orangey Red, Purple print and cream). Now I'm quilting again after not having touched it since 1978! Yeah - love it! Thanks for sharing your UFO! It's an inspiration to finish what I start because at this age -- I can't wait 35 years to finish them!

Congratulations! I have enjoyed every tutorial since I found you in UA-cam. And yes, I smile every time you toss your scrap fabric. Because of the ease of "stripping," I think this will be my first quilt pattern. Thank you so very much!!

Most of our videos are captioned including this one. Click the CC icon in the lower right corner of this video.

And she might want to watch it at half speed also if the captions fly by too fast. Depending upon what kind of video I'm watching on YT, sometimes I watch at half speed and sometimes I watch at 1.5 or 2.0 speed. (Click on the icon that looks like a gear and says, "Settings".)
