The "Original Super Saiyan" was a golden Oozaru, a great ape that turned Supersaiyan. The only form that reoccurred every thousand years was Brolys Legendary form which is another gene mutation.
Vegeta and Frieza dont know what the first Super Saiyan form is dude. They arnt 1000 years old. They have never seen it before. They simply made assumptions. They wouldnt know what form came first. If they saw any form with gold or yellow hair they would say its the Legendary Super Saiyan form.

Well, this would impact a lot to be honestly. First of all, stronger androids. Second of all, if it's transferred genetically, Gohan being OP AF. Super Broly not happening and Broly being weak (still in thousands) since Goku is the legend. Goku being so strong and if he still damaged his head, would reach great heights like LSSJB or something stupendous like that.
If fusion would be needed at any point, Gogeta and Vegito would be OP. FPSSJ Goku would be storngest followed by UE Vegeta.

In official material it's either Berserk Super Saiyan or Kale's Super Saiyan 2), but Vegeta in the anime never once called her that, only saying to Goku "That might be the Saiyan's true form!" Tails don't matter here since nobody has a tail anymore, and her hair is from her mutation similar to Broly, although her form works distinctly different from his.
Z Broly's LSSJ is its own non-canon form. While it's absolutely the inspiration for Berserk Super Saiyan and Full Power Super Saiyan, it's fundamentally different.

Technique Legendary Super Saiyan isn't a form, canon broly is only in SSJ1. The green hair is only a callback to OG Broly as in shots uts mostly seen as yellow. Legendary Super Saiyan is more so a Saiyan born with incredible power that causes them to be unstable and have little control over their immense power.
