This home is the one of the underrated wild fire investment 🔥🤑! If in that community the high demand & the limited supply leads to the luxury houses even in the low mid sizes, then it is guaranteed that whoever owns this house at $6M+ would see sharp appreciation to $9M+ within 5 to 6 years!!😮 Isn't it??😃

This looks like a nice house they spent 600000 to build. I understand location but I dont understand the 5 mill pricetag. This would be a 2 to 2.5 million dollar house in New York....New York!!!!

I started to get claustrophobic watching this video. There is absolutely no way this home is worth $1000 a square foot. Max maybe $350 but definitely not $1000. For that price point, I can go to Encino and get a brand new modern farmhouse with floating stairs, at least a .25 acre lot, incredible views and weather all for $1,000 a square foot and a lower tax bill to boot. Family friends of ours have a $5,000,000 5000 square foot modern farmhouse built in 2022 on a .4 acre lot, paying $5,000 a year for insurance with a maximum $10,000 deductible.

Check this home out in Austin for $1,000 a square foot. Worth every penny too.

Sure, location is important. If you knew Dallas, you’d know that that area doesn’t support $1,000 per square foot unless you’re talking about all out luxury.
There are many more luxurious homes in this area that sold under $500 a square foot. Cali is right around $1,000 a square foot with a lower property tax rate than anywhere in Texas and their weather is phenomenal compared to our brutal 110° summers.
So yes, location is important and if I were to spend $1000 per square foot for a luxury home, I’d go somewhere somewhere like Colorado or California or somewhere down in Florida.
Your perspective is interesting! Everyone values different features in a home differently. :)

Funny how builders emphasis location as if it will add money into your bank account. This house is too expensive for that price. It looks like a $1.5 million home.

There is no 𝐖𝐎𝐖 factor or a point in the home review where my 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒉 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒏 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒚 by any part of the home! and thats the way it should be for SIX million.
