I can always feel the lactic acid watching the final 100m of a world-class 800.

That was the longest 100m of their life.

Mcbride ran a great race, that pace maker did a great job by setting a fast pace that was still manageable

If Vasquez can put it all together in a race he’s going to be dangerous. He’s always right there in the front.

Great run by McBride, this is the second 800 he's won this season that I'm aware of. I am not at all impressed by Murphy.

      Thanks for the clarification
I have just complemented myself for being right first time.
I was thinking to myself that " the language sounds Norwegian" before l read your comment
And that's because my partner is Norwegian and so l've heard him speak with his family when l visited him in Norway
If you're Norwegian yourself, what are the odds for me to learn and speak fluent Norwegian
Im 43 and have just bought a Norwegian/English dictionary because for me to work as a nurse in Norway l have to speak fluent Norwegian
Does age matter when it comes to learning a new language
I live in England but l'm not English

@@favouritepeople1519 what's your native language ? And everyone can learn a language at every age but don't forget that Norwegian is very hard to learn (unless you're from a Nordic country or from Germany)

      My native language is Zulu
OMG, I feel as though my self confidence is already shattered as l am not 15 years😳😳🙉🙉😂😂
Of course as you say about the age factor, l feel my chances are diminishing
