needs more info on the manuals , like how to turn it on after everything installed , what the 4 leds mean , when to charge , how to turn it on and off too
Yes, Idk if will work for you but: first I had to remove every usb on my pc, next I tried the first usb port in the motherboard then the controller showed in windows as a generic controller (but still 2 lights) plugged my usb stuff back and turned my pc off a back on (restart didn't work you have to see the lights on the controller turn off) after all that it worked 1 light. @@vyntige2004
Ah and just something weird that I didn't have the time to solve yet, for some reason with the controller plugged when I turn my pc off (as in windows > shutdown) it doesn't work for me; I get shutting down screen and a black screen after and all but my fans keep spinning and I have to manually press on the case to shut it down, I saw online that sometimes devices prevent your pc to turning off completely I will try to find some solution for that but for now I just unplug the controller before shutting my pc down, but then I have to do the first part all over again, lol. Edit: Just a quick update I think I managed to fix this, here is what I did if is happening to anyone else: Search Edit Power Plan on windows > Change advanced power settings > USB Settings > USB selective suspend settings > Settings: Disabled //// Device manager now > Scroll until you find Universal Serial Bus Controllers > Right Click on every USB Root Hub > Properties > Power Management > and tick Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power ( just remember to do that for every USB root hub). Done, at least for me now the PC turn off without any problems and the controller still works as intended when I turn it back on.
I brought GXT MUTA yesterday and it keeps disconnecting unexpectedly, and won’t reconnect need to close the game in this situation->open my iPad settings and unpair/pair it again. PLEASE HELP
bought a wired one today and for some reason it controls player 1 & 2. would be helpful if there was a program to help configure it rather than the worst manual ever
My computer wont detect my controller pls help

Bought one of the wired controllers today and my Windows 10 system doesn't recognize it. Device manager throws up a failed request. Not impressed.

Bought this control first connect was fine but after a restart the control have 2 lights instead of one and windows don't recognize it.
Same here lol, any luck?
