It's really impressive to be able to work this hard even when you're feeling so burnt. There are more things I could pick out in this than your other songs (like the throat singing being almost unnoticably quiet), but I find the effort in the face of an insurmountable struggle and pressure to be the most meaningful part of this song. The way the song relaxes and then tenses back up almost feels like a symbolisation of this..
There is something inherently badass about Zanmu being a human monk, and going like "you know, it kinda feels like im going to hell, so imma just go on my own terms and become one of its rulers". The gal went to hell alive, became an Oni, and started getting so much power, intelect and influence that even Suika calls her an example of what a perfect Oni is.
Don't worry about rushing anything when you feel burnt out, the longer something takes, the likely better it will be, and holy damn this cover is so incredibly amazing just as usual. You are honestly the most underrated musician on UA-cam, and to this day I'm still impressed by the sheer quality and beautiful ideas used in your remixes!
Bro I'm so happy you're on the forefront of Touhou 19 covers now, the new girls have banger themes, especially this one! I liked that you found a substitute for the mongolian throat singing in the guitars
God i love that soft opening with the bass tones and violin strings.
Relaxed, yet refined to the utmost degree,
emotions pulsing down the strings, calming presence met with godly intuition, only giving way to a regret all so palatable yet endearing. Like its saying "its taken too much to get to this point, but everyone will be for naught if you dont at least try"

Your renditions of Touhou themes are always amazing, and this theme has a really unique flair, so i was waiting for great arrangements of it. And here's one, for sure! Spare time might be scarce, and energy needed for other things, but you still managed to create something magnificent! Thank you, for all your hard work!
Just when it felt like you'd made it through an entire cover's worth of ideas, you sneak in with the guitar replicating the Erhu vocals and it's utterly beautiful

The show your circuses performs make it so worth it.
Your remixes are some of the most unique, I love coming back for them, and am even more hype when you bring out your original stuff.
The beginning reminds me a little of my favorite remix of yours, the jellyfish one,
then the metal drop is awesome, and then you just keep switching it up between catchiness, epic anime opening, classic rock and beautiful sombre calmth with slight celeste vibes.
I might go out on a limb here, please ignore if it's too insensitive;
I get it if you kinda hate your stuff for what not doing it does to you.

It's a hard relationship with what you wanna do, getting up, being unsatisfied with what you make, making something that feels nice just for it to feel bad once you come back after a day.
