not really a fan of Yuumas themes usually, to be honest. They're not bad, but just not that outstanding to me. This version on the other hand is really damn catchy, and shows how much more there can be to it. Thanks for revealing that potential to me

Let’s take the example of yuuma and Flandre because it’s the subject here : her ability is being able to consume anything, which comes down to being a metaphorical power (like controlling boundaries for example) rather than a literal power In the case of flandre’s destruction where as long as something as an eye she can destroy it. Which means she has to be able to see it. But she cannot see something immaterial or invisible and some beings/powers have that characteristic which counters her power. Yuuma, on the other hand, has no limitation to her power as she can devour ANYTHING (like Flandre’s destruction ?) Also, in terms of physical prowess yuuma has shown to be holding up quite well against kanako. Which would put her at at least the same scale of physical strength as Flandre.
@@tewingus1909 But Flandre didn’t destroy Toutetsu’s "eye", she used apples. Which implies that Flandre can manipulate destruction to some degree, like infusing apples with it to destroy Toutetsu. Flandre could’ve just gone full on Doctor Manhattan on Toutetsu, but Flandre doesn’t do that. She is always holding back.
