the most comprehesive and best explanation of the F-35B I have seen. You nailed everything except the swivel nozzle. You never showed that the joints rotate simultaneously, and thus the thrust never goes to the side unless intended. Apart from that: World class.
@ronwhitfield8872 Although the Harrier and F-35 perform the same tasks. The F35 has a lot of moving parts and an internal bay. Which is what my comment refers to.
Thank you very much for your kind words, it means a lot to me.Comments like these keeps me motivated to make more videos. Very few people understand how hard it is to make design animations, thank you for understanding. Keep watching and keep supporting SYG DESIGNWORKS.
Really wish the demo team could have one with that coloring! Iron Man F-35. Dope job on the animation man. Hella clean and worth the time you put into it!
The hot nozzle vectoring is made by rotating the central piece of the 3 parts nozzle, otherwise it goes temporarily uncentered and uncentered is not a good thing.
Because there are plenty of videos where you can see that happening. The animator did a amazing job but goofed up on how the nozzle actually rotates to a 90 degree angle.
0:23 to improve the animation, both motions occurs at the same time, so that the nozzle is always within the longitudinal-vertical plane, and only "bends" downwards.
Great observation! I tried to do it exactly the same way, but the nozzle proportions were not right. A bit of nozzle went inside the other half of the nozzle, hence I did it this way. Thanks for watching.
Your insights and ideas and efforts required to produce this video is appreciated. I have never been a supporter of the F35 this video has changed my understanding of the aircraft thanks
One additional correction, if I may: 11:01 - The auxiliary air inlet is for the purpose of reducing air consumption in the front/main inlets, thereby minimizing the chance of ground debris being sucked into the engine. Other than that, great work. I'm sure it took quite some effort to put all of this together.

Great job, but a psychological trick: Don't use those shiny colors, try decreasing the reflection if u use blender or use grey, black, dark silver, etc
Geez, what animations and the CGI is, to me anyway, the best I've seen on my TV. Granted it is 4K ect. but I never saw an image that looks like I could touch it, very cool. I know this will be picky, but if the aircraft was moving forward, the canopy would blow back with the airstream, I would think.
Thanks mate. I prefer using actual engineering software like Catia, Solidworks, because they give you more realistic results and then import them in animating software like Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D. In short, learn one engineering 3D modeling software and one animating software. Good Luck.
@@sygdesignworks Can't Blender do the work for the 3D modelling part ? I mean in that case one tool can do all the work ! Need your valuable opinion on this.
@@debajyotidutta6795 Blender is great! But in case if you want to do a realistic design or actual product design, then engineering software will let you do complex analysis and kinematics, which makes it more realistic and easier when you import it into any animating / rendering software, at least that's what I do.
