How to Make a Mandala for Healing Purposes

- Creating Mandalas as a form of therapy was first introduced by Carl Jung. I found that making mandalas has helped me improve my mental state especially this year during lockdown due to COVID-19 because, drawing mandalas helped me focus my mind. In this video I discuss the benefits of drawing and how I created a mandala inspired by the Tibetan tradition for healing purposes.
