I am loving the new way you are presenting these. I do enjoy watching them. My husband and I have been buying and flipping for 30 years it's hard work and sometimes problems occur outside of our control. However seeing an old abandoned building been lifted is a beautiful sight. Old house will always win with me. If you are going to look at buying one and you like NEW builds that's great but nothing beats a home where you go in and stand in the kitchen and close your eyes and listen all the walls are clamouring to tell their stories and if you feel like you could take your coat and shoes off and also see what you want it to look like even though it needs a lot of TLC then you have found your home.

I think the pipe coming out of the wall must have carried water from a spring. The water flowed out the pipe and dropped into a cistern. Why would you fill in the cistern with dirt and remove the pipe? Plenty of water coming from the government reserve supplies?

To me it is a strange look to have bars in a window. We have only bars in a window in a prison.I live in Holland🇳🇱and our houses are bigger to live in. We have stone houses, 2 walls from the outside against the cold, not just a single one.
It is a rural area and they dont have security systems like some people, specially in the west.We have strong security screens on our house and we live in Australia.
Why do you do the outside first?? Why not the inside so we can see your interior first??
