What an inspirational man! He looks no where near his age with a beautiful smile and attitude. The underwater photography is absolutely stunning and I can understand his passion. The stillness of watching the fish glide by must have such a calming effect on the soul.

survival is the choice, but just surviving is a noble fight, being blessed with good health is a bonus, this wise man knows that,..staying fit is the key to the door,..then repeat with serenity and never give up.
Its true, people expect our elders to stop "living" when they get to a certain age, much like this great man, I never understood that myself..ill keep moving as a promise to myself as I age!

I think it's not what people expect but rather what older people expected for themselves. No one is stopping them. This man is very inspiring.
Yeah know I’m 59 and just recently had a strong urge , desire to start running. I’m having the time of my life, no regrets in following my bliss.
You're not mad Graham - you're an inspiration. I'm still a young 'un at 61 and notice increasing numbers of elders having a reason to jump out of bed like a child on their birthday. I'd like to 'notch up' at least 7 score and often stop to think how it will be - am I mad? maybe, maybe not, but I'll say one thing, I'm not going till I'm ready and that's how it will be. God will have to wait a long time before I come home :o) More excellent content from Green Renaissance - Your videos are very pro in every respect - big thumbs up to each and every one of you!

sarah mack - I too have only just found this wonderful channel in recent days, and like you, I have found these films incredibly uplifting. This year has been a tough one for many people, including myself, with a second Cancer diagnosis back in March of this year. Although I have refused all treatment I still feel that there is a lot to live for and the people that I see in these wonderful films are a true inspiration to us all.
