    thank u so much mate, the first 10 seconds were enough to correct my form. I always depress way too far

      my issue too, once I stopped exaggerating the depression my reps went up

    so when we actually pull up, we retract all the way?
    or are the shoulders meant to be retracted first and released as we pull?
