Michael... just to clear up one thing. A normal person in MHA is the 80% of the population who has quirk as the dwindling 20% quirkless humans are running out. The 20% are considered abnormal humans.
Due to the fact that OFA ages a person if they already have a quirk means that if All Might had of passed it down to Mirio, Mirio would have died in his 20's (quirk singularity theory).
Through All Might he inadvertently opened up the consciousness realm where the past users can finally talk to one another. This was because All Might was quirkless and that allowed OFA to grow.
Deku on the other hand, inadvertently tapped into the past user powers and gave the past users form in the consciousness realm. OFA became so powerful through Deku that giving OFA to someone with a quirk might kill them in a few years.
Quirk Singularity Doomsday Theory is a theory the doctor who worked for AFO came up with almost a centuries ago said that as generation are born with more powerful quirks, the human body won't be able to handle it and will cause the destruction of society. The Doctor was laughed at due to this theory and that's why he started creating Nomus, so that nomus can have a body that can handle powerful quirks.. well until he met AFO. With Deku, OFA is past the singularity point and became so potent that the past users said that they cannot pass this on anymore as it will be hard to find a quirkless human.
And that was Mt Lady holding Midnight's mask.
We're in the endgame of both the season and the show basically, don't worry the show ain't ending this season
Either next season or the season after that.

The MHA manga is divided into 3 sagas - U.A. Beginnings Saga, Rise of Villains Saga and Final Act Saga. In the first two Sagas, there are total 18 arcs. And as the manga is still on-going, there's no confirmation yet that how many arcs are gonna be there in the Final Act...
The guys on the wall are the 2nd and 3rd users. You'll get to meet the 2nd user soon, manga readers absolutely love the 2nd user
If I’m not mistaken, we get to see the third user first and then the second. (According to the manga) But either way we’ll get to see them both soon. I think their designs are great, in both the manga and the anime.

notice how deku doesn't specifically say he WON'T kill him. something I've noticed is that pretty much all the heroes, while preferring not to, are ok with lethal force if its necessary. All Might was sure he had killed All for One the first time he defeated him and didn't seem to regret it, Hawks killed Twice (rip) and said he felt it was necessary in the situation (though he still felt it was wrong) and Tokoyami supported his decision. Even best girl Uruaka said that she would take any measures necessary to stop Toga. Its interesting how many of these characters are willing to take a life. wonder if that will come into play in the future
basically , final act of the serie started , wisch correspond to chapter 306, it has many arcs and its still ongoing ( chapter 379 right now in the manga ) ,and is not far from ending tho .

These are some important points I wanted to clarify.
WHAT "THE FINAL CHAPTER" MEANS:
So, what you might not know is that My Hero Academia is divided into three sagas. The first saga is the "U.A Beginnings" Saga, spanning from the Entrance Exam Arc to the Hideout Raid arc (season one to the first half of season three). The second saga is the "Rise of Villains" Saga, spanning from the Provisional License Exam Arc to the Paranormal Liberation War arc and the post war aftermath (second half of season three to the first half of season six). Deku leaving U.A and from now on is the "Final Act" saga (where manga readers are). So basically, three sagas with multiple arcs within them. It took three even seasons to get through two sagas worth of content. That said based on where the manga is, I would say the anime could very well conclude in season seven, but that depends on how this conflict concludes (we currently are at the second decisive war between heroes and villains in the manga, which could be anyone's game, from what I can tell). My prediction also assumes the next season still goes with twenty five episodes, which we have no real reason to believe otherwise at the moment. This current season, I predict, will end at around chapter 327 or 328, teasing a very interesting character and the arc centered around said character at the very end.

Regarding the final act, it's kind of a bit of both! We are in the last act of the story, but each act is decently long. First act was up until All Might vs AFO, second was from then on until the arc that just finished. So we still have some time!

we're in the endgame of my hero 😁 based on the current events in the manga, there'll be one last season with 25 episodes at least
I think a good way of thinking about the acts of the series is who is the strongest/lead hero at that point. In Act 1, we see society under All Might and the cracks starting to form, and it all culminates in All Might's retirement. In Act 2, we see the aftermath of All Might's retirement and society attempting to cope, and Endeavor eventually emerges as the new No. 1 that sets an example for other Pro Heroes to follow. Now, we're entering into Act 3 where society is in shambles and the Top 3 Heroes are all aware of One For All and Deku's importance. He's going to suddenly be thrust forward into the spotlight regardless of whether he's ready for it.

Let's say something bad happens, something that could've been solved by the government or law enforcement, like that recent shooting that totally really was a thing that the US gov didn't cook up to start a 'guns are bad m'kay' story for the press in the run up to the election.
In Japan, the police and government are meant to be seen as flawless and perfect, never failing in their duty and doing the right thing all the time. Those press conferences happen for everything where a non-aligned person is berated for not preventing something, there's a term for it I think in Japanese where a spokesperson speaks openly and lets a public resentment out as it's unseemly to allow it to be seen publicly.
