Great review you covered everything, quite awesomely. Got this just to see the difference against what I normally get which is the mid level 1kish now tvs. Brightness, variability and power like you said, but im quite amazed not bad, not good enough for my master or living area but a great office/ game room Tv with instant gaming with Gamepass and a b level picture at least in my opinion. A keeper for sure.
Just got one of these in 55” as a cheap tv for casual viewing in the lounge room. I purchased for the smart tv options and Samsungs smart things app. I think Hisense will give better bang for ur buck though. For movies and gaming I got a 75” QN90C with a HW-Q990C soundbar and I’m very happy with it.
Very good review and great TV for medium-level entry. If you just want a TV for 4K videos, watch some sports and play games at 4K 60 FPS - this is perfect. I personally don't like the soup-opera HDR thing so have it turned off all the time anyway.

Great video dude 👍. Ive thought about this TV as i have a cheap LG 4K which is ok for colour and sharpness but its terrible for black levels and contrast. I simply dont have the budget for OLED so it seems this TV might have decent black levels (for an lcd) and contrast
This looks ideal as a bedroom tv, its slim profile should help with wall mounting

I’m interested in a newer and higher cheap ish tv for my consoles. I’m ok with 60 hz as I’m planning on gaming with ps3/xbox 360. I have a monitor for my pc and Xbox series and ps4 slim. That has 180hz so I’m golden. I just want a tv that’s better than my older Hisense, and this is a good deal for me.
I just got this today through Amazon, got the 65in, just wanted a good tv for a casual viewing experience and your review gave me great insight that I made a good purchase thanks for that, was an amazing and informative review 👍

@@jarradharding778 I absolutely love it, before it i mainly consumed my media on a gaming monitor so this is a huge leap and its much better. Speakers are decent, and I got the color to what im comfortable with, but overall definitely worth.

@MrSansari on my model, no, it's not very noticeable if any bleed at all. The only time I do notice it is when the room is naturally lit from outside, but in my case, it's extreme since mine is wall mounted right next to a window, but nothing black out curtains can fix and it did.

Picked this up based on this review. It's replacing a 32" I bought in 2008. Suffice it to say I am impressed.

What TV similar do you recommend for 43 inch that is budget. We use a TV when we go camping outdoor. Yes we take it in and out so we don't need a outdoor TV per say. We would like to see somewhat from the sides. That is not a must but would be nice. So many TVs are on sale this weekend so we are trying to get something quick

Hi I’ve just ordered the 50” will the picture be ok I’ve got a 43” LG but is old I’ve just had it fixed and I’m still having issues with it flickering randomly. I’ve got a Sky mini box and I just want it be good enough to watch my tv channels and my 4K fire stick etc ?

How do you hook up a regular antenna a regular cable line
I am planning to buy Cu8000-65inch from Bangladesh market.
I'm seriously considering purchasing this 55 inch CU8000 and setting up a Klipsch 5.1 surround sound system to go with it.
It's about the same as the au8000, the OS is a bit sluggish compared, but it has great hdmi picture and stream picture, gaming homepage but no ambient mode. It is very bright, and I have a flare across the top mostly in letterbox, but overall once you've got it set up as you want it, it's a great TV. Remote is small, but packed with features 🙃

@@victoramieva586 Hey, so I use the ps5 and the Xbox and it runs smoothly at 120hz! Honestly I couldn’t have made a better purchase for the money I spent considering it’s an 85inch! Most TVs that size with those features cost way more than what I paid!
could you please explain blooming test .. in dark room my cu8000 have not uniform black colour some white shades in the edges and some areas . is this a complaint?

The LG QNED75 is the better choice for picture quality, while the Samsung CU8000 is a better value for the price. If you are a gamer, the Samsung CU8000 may be a better choice due to its lower input lag.

They are equally the same over all, Samsung and LG has there own OS but far as easy to use I would buy an 4k apple TV and add to any tV you like

Have you ever considered playing a sports clip on the tv (like football or soccer) so we can see how the tv handles fast motions? Instead of the words just scrolling left to right. Might be beneficial and no TV reviewers do that for some reason.

hi Steve - found this infomative, however have just bought 75" CU8000 and noticing really bad orbs / ghosting / blooming only on dark imagery. So what you're saying is that nothing can be done about this? as deemed a 'cheap tv' - wasnt that cheap for me but thinking woudl the OLED be better? am in the throws of complaining with COstco and Samsung at present so any help or recomendations would be appreciated
Expensive if you compare to all of the models in the lineup. No matter what you pay, you still have to look at the whole fleet of models to know the value

The Q60B would be better. It has a better brightness and the qled panel gives better colours.

I bought the older model tu7000 about 2 years ago. I use it as a monitor you will be surprised how good it is even tough the reviews say its not bright they are actually really bright, the picture quality (black levels are average) is great the sound is also excellent. I have a small home theater system but the sound is so good i never use it. Obviously not good for music as its just a tv but for movies, games and UA-cam its really good, one thing to look out for the screen uniformity in low end TV's is screen uniformity( the dirty screen effect) so cheek it before buying display a picture of white image on your unit, some units are good some are horrible so check before buying
