In our society, most people say that this is because of females. But the cause of it is 60 percent in females and 40 percent in males. Some baseline investigations of both males and females are to be done to know the main cause of infertility. For males, semen analysis is done, in which we get the sperm count or may there are some motility issues. In females, there are different issues at different levels. For example, tube and egg issues.
