Our style is all about maintaining tension over time, so I count to show how slow you should be doing each movement instead of how many reps you should do :) It definitely takes time to get used to methods that focus on slow twitch muscles (that focus on endurance) instead of fast twitch muscles (which is all about getting in reps and resting between).
