G+3 without column & beams. No limit if you make column beam frame. You could even make steel columns & beams for faster construction (as seen also in this video)
@@rajivsingal1731 but steel column and beams are risky and less relaible for residential projects as said in market ..so I just had the concern that if we attach rcc column and beam reinforcement + Eps panel so will cost be higher than the conventional method
@@latestmovies6329 Yes, of course you can easily connect EPS panel walls with RCC columns & beams - it is simply a connection of two concrete elements, only that EPS wall has insulation inside. The cost of EPS panel walls is cheaper than normal brick / block 9" wall
EPS Housing has a life span which is equivalent to or more than that of conventional housing, with a lower rate of maintenance and comes with benefits, which are much more than any conventional housing.

how about posts and beams ? for a house 4.5 meter x 9 meter . can it be built without posts and beams and what thickness of foam ?
You can build upto 3 floors (recommended upto 2 floors) without beams and columns or your can use MS square pipes as beams and roof support
