If Talbot items have a black tag in them, they are from the frontline more expensive store. If they have silver tags, they are from the lower line outlet stores. If they have the ivory, larger tag with red and black writing, those are the more vintage items. Hope this helps you. I worked for Talbots for 12 years up until early 2023.
If every yard sale was a church yard sale, life would be gravy and smooth sailing... And all those other sayings. Your content has genuinely helped my reselling (also, I'm now carrying an IKEA bag everywhere I go), thank you and please keep 'em coming.

Great haul, love your comments and adding on the videos. Time consuming to do, but adds so much! I sold a Toad and Co flannel for women for $30+ that I found at 1/2 off day (Wednesdays) at Salvation Army
Hi there! Crown and Ivy is actually sold at Belk. I have a lot of that brand and I love it. I love your videos so much more than most of the resellers on UA-cam. I resell part time. I love your humor and I think you would be so fun to thrift with.
@SimplyThriftingWithSherri I'm learning clothing brands constantly. There are so many! It's never-ending. You're doing great! After watching your video, I found a Talbot linen dress. I had no idea people liked linen so much. I learned that from you! ❤️
Belks was my mother's favorite store in the world. We lost her a year ago. I ended up with her clothes, and I'll be listing some of them soon. Lots of Belks brands.
I have to say that I really liked everything you picked up. Linen is what I live in in the summer 🥵 especially this summer. Hope your week is amazing Sherri, keep up the great work 🤗💓💕💞

I’m 71. You’re right. I don’t do a lot of walking, but I was glad to learn that SAS shoes might be shoes I’d maybe like. That is, until I saw that they’re lace-ups. I can’t tie my shoes because of arthritis, and I’ve opted for slip ons at this age. So it might not be all that morbid. Maybe they just “grew out” of lace-ups and graduated to shoes with other closures.
Another great video! I love the items you selected. I think you're picking up great stuff! I have a few questions: 1. What's the highest number (quantity) of items you picked on any one day? 2. How quickly do you list them? 3. Do you have a daily listing goal? Thanks for all of the inspiration and guidance!
Diana, the most I’ve picked up in a day was 40 pieces. I do my best to make my drafts as soon as I get home and I list 5 items a day. I want to increase that to 10 in a months or so. Maybe I should do a day in the life video to show how I structure my day? ❤️❤️❤️
@@SimplyThriftingWithSherri Wow Sherri, thank you for the quick response! I would love to see a day in the life video! 5 a day sounds reasonable. 10 is a bit ambitious for me. But I know there are resellers doing way more. Thanks again!
@@dianachriss6553 oh I know. I’m not in the big leagues yet so for now, listing 5 is all I can handle. 😂 I’ll work on a DITL video and post it in August. ❤️❤️❤️
Just a personal opinion… I feel you may be over-thinking keywords. Yes, they are immensely important, but what is the average person thinking of when they search for something? Most certainly don’t know trending keywords. They just know how to describe the thing they want (red, lace, cotton, large, dress, full length…). All I do is use keywords (no sentence, no articles) and I usually barely have enough room with just naturally descriptive words. If you weigh down your title with “cottagecore” etc, you may not have room for something more… “normal”. Just a thought. PS: Please watch the clickbait titles. Some people unsubscribe if they see a lot of that crap.
@@LindaKayHolevas “calling it quits”… the implication is pretty obvious, and a lot of UA-camrs pull that one in order to create drama. And then at the end of the video it’s like… “yeah, I’m done… for the day” 🙄 or whatever.
