Beautiful colours ,I love the favourite ,and the others are pretty.I think as you do more,your hand gets tired and perhaps you press slightly harder when adding the white on top.The lines are heavier towards the end and thinner at the beggining ..

I think it might work better with a regular resin.It could be because of the way it’s going off quicker at different rates.I think you hit this problem with some you did before.Although the white was the same as usual it seems to have come out so much thicker than normal and possibly that’s why the colours did not come through so well on 2,3,4.But I would try with the thinner resin ,you will not have to rush so much then.It’s all about the chemistry and the reaction.This one works better on ones with something inside like the shells.But try the same colours they look gorgeous and I loved the first one ..Love n Light 🥰

Hey Julie, just a thought from the UK...I used a 4hr demould resin for 3D blooms the other day and I think you have to be much quicker off the mark i.e don't be still putting the white down when you are near the end of the work time, it doesn't have enough time to bloom before it sets up. Like you, I'm gonna have another go! X

The spiral one turned out amazing! Those colors are beautiful. Wait longer and go faster, lol. I think maybe you were right about waiting too long. ? If your first one was better and then as the white got thicker they weren't as good. ???? I'm just thinking out loud also, lol. Still love the colors. Let's see what happens next time. 😉 xoxo

The last was definitely the best, but the colour mix was beautiful on all of them. I didn't think I'd like them, I like blues and greens, but when you put them together they were gorgeous. Thank you to Liz for the inspiration.
The colors are so pretty. The first one you started with, you did 6 petals, the second one 7 and the last two 8. Maybe that had something to do with the “blobs”?? I don’t know.

Those colors are so vibrant, love them. It’s interesting, the piping lines where the color is more dense look twisted like a rope, that’s a pretty cool effect.😎

These r beautiful colors ,,,I have a question julie why is everytime ur done putting the colors in y do u have to make it in to a flower y cant u just leave like that after the colors set???
Alcohol changes the surface tension of the dyes in the resin and drags them to the outer edge of the mould. Much like a coffee stain ring is darker on the edges than the centre.
Can you help me. I want to try blooms, but I am not sure what kind of inks to use. I know one of them is alcohol ink, but what else do I use? I am hoping to make some for my sisters for Christmas. By the way....I am obsessed with watching your videos. I love your work, and the fact that you show, on camera, that you are human and make mistakes is just amazing.
