Try 5 days before someone came out to me. I was in my house on my own, and a guy was trying to get into my house at 2.30am. I was petrified. I'm a 10 min walk from police HQ. Absolutely disgusting. I had him on ring cameras and other neighbours' cctv, and apparently I was the 3rd loan female he's done this to in our street and he lives on our street. He just had a talking to. Disgusted with the way they dealt with it.

There's no need to check the registration on the vehicle, he can check the blue badge. That blue badge could be used on any vehicle aslong as the named person is present.You can park on double yellow lines for 3hrs.
