Lee Child is absolutely wonderful.
Wonderful interview, quite inspiring for me, personally. Skavlan is a great host, respectful and genuinely inquisitive with good leading questions. Lee Child is such a wonderful contributor. It's lovely to see someone who is at the top of his game, yet remains humble. It's very endearing. Good show!

I'm a real big fan of Lee Child's books and was sooo happy to see he was taking Reacher to the big screen then I saw that Little Cruz was to be "The Man" and said, "fuck that" what the hell was Child thinking? And vowed never to see them and I havent and I wont!!!!
There's going to be a Reacher show on Amazon in the future. Child has been open about how he wants the fans to be involved in who is cast, as he understands why Cruise wasn't liked and that's why there will be no more movies with him. I think the plan is to adapt each book into one season of television, though I don't think anything is set in stone yet.

The current Amazon series with Alan Ritchson as Reacher is absolutely perfect casting. Watch it and you'll believe this guy IS Reacher!
I personally enjoy reacher movie but i admit it’s hard to imagine cruuse while you reading the books, i always imagine john cena somehow rather than alan, i dunno alan seems not smart enough and harsh to play reacher
Love Lee's books but sorry to hear he smokes. I want another 20 Jack Reacher novels.
He doesn't look so well lately.
I am a fan of the jack reacher books but I am disappointed in his novel blue moon. gang members rushing through a doorway one at a time and being shot. were they commiting suicide?at least make it plausible. the book seemed to be written in a rush and not well thought out. not his best effort
He does make mistakes.
In one of the novels he says that a car was in park but later on he says it was in neutral and rolls into a wall. A very basic mistake and could have been simply fixed if he had wanted to.
Leave the penguins alone, for fuck's sake.
His accent sounds Australian to me.

I was a fan of Reacher but the books are no longer the same quality: endless descriptions and no moving 'fan of Women without the sleeze' romance or patriotic values. Also the Plot here in Sentinel is all Russia Russia Russia which is BS - Ch i N a are the enemy and I would have thought Mr LC could have worked that out by now. No longer a fan.
