I have done api testing but didn't knew that I m doing api testing. I was just giving the request and getting the response. Reason why I was doing didn't knew that.

1) Please tell us if Performance testing is done on API? if yes How and what are the inputs/parameters should be asked from developer for conduction API performance testing?
2 ) If my application is using someone's business logic, like u said, for authentication, FB login API is used, does FB or google give permission to use their API?
