Hi, Excellent work you are doing. I have question. Can we accommodate requirement change in current running sprint or only next starting sprint? Second question is- Bugs found in current running sprint can be fixed in next sprints or should they be fixed in only current sprint?
No answer from you. please answer.
@@ayyanzchannel2.0 The current sprint will either get terminated and fresh sprint will start or the requirement change will be incorporated in next sprint.

Nice session sir.. Two questions here..
1. What is the difference between swag and story points
2. Last topic in your video was missed. Its bug bucket right? what does it mean?
Thanks a lot for sharing the knowledge sir.. Very useful for us.
Based on what I have watch swag the estimation using actual hours while story point is also an estimation using a pointing system which really depends on the company like 1 point is equivalent to 5 hours. Hope this helps.
Great ...!!!!
Thanks
What is the outcome of retro meeting

King Of Testing
But we don't have such a title as Product Manager, do we?
Yes we have
As we know that in agile methodology we don’t have any requirements but everyone you’re interviewing is saying they are going to map test cases with the requirements but in agile methodology we don’t have any requirements or we do have I don’t know you know, kind of confusing. Can you please explain us when we start agile almethoology developing the project do we have requirements in the product backlog or we have user stories in the back log should we map user stories to test cases
Please sir again discussion the sprint meeting
You are amazing sir
