This content is so rich. Thank you for sharing!
Glad you enjoy it!
This breakdown of Psychological Safety is possibly the best ever. Doing research due to joining a DEI committee recently. It’s a stretch for me. But this topic explains so much that has happened throughout my whole life.
This couldn't be any more relevant in today's modern workforce context.
What a fruitful session.💪
As an HR manager , I appreciate this deeply and I have already started to share it
You have reignited my love of safety and chamging culture and behaviour. I had a traumatic experience in a red zone and this gives me hope that I can influence going forward. Unfortunately my current company is clearly not ready for psychological safety.
That was truly awesome - I am thinking about psychological safety in the creator economy and I can already see so many overlaps. Thanks a tonne Dr Clark!!!
I am SOOOOO inspired after watching this video. Absolutely outstanding. Thank you for your incredible work.
