For all those who forgot their Chaffee history: the 75mm gun on the Chaffee was originally an aircraft-mounted gun: this was the gun mounted on the gunship conversion of the B-25 Mitchell medium bomber, as well as the Douglas A-26 Invader.
@@GayCheesetuber it is. The 75mm M6 gun is a derivative of of the M5 gun, a lightweight, thinner-walled version of the M3 gun used on Shermans that was used on the North American B-25 Mitchell medium bomber gunship conversion and the Douglas A-26 Invader attack aircraft.
T13E1 / M5 is a lightweight version of the M3 cannon used in the Lee/Sherman with a lighter thin-walled barrel and a different recoil mechanism that was used in the Douglas A-26 Invader and the B-25H Mitchell bomber. It uses the same ammunition and has the same ballistics as the M3. and a modified version of the T13E1 became the M6 and was fitted to the M-24 Chaffee tanks. They all shared the same ammunition which made the logistics much easier on the militaries of all end users.

I agree, Jingles is doing great with his video's, often very funny to watch and educational too. This week's World of Warships video was a bit weird though, not usual Jingles standards. Turned out that the player featured in the replay was a bit of a knobhead. They reported the entire enemy team for playing defensively. However I think Jingles might not have seen/noticed that in the replay, so I cannot blame Jingles. That video was the only exception.
The Chaffee is a neat tank. I was lucky enough to land a spot in the, as far as I know, one off tank experience at the Museum of the American G.I. here in Texas a few years back. Got to climb around on/in, learn about, and ride in various Shermans, a Suart, a Hellcat, a Chaffee, and fire a .30 cal and a 75mm howitzer (a blank of course). But the most fun part was taking part in a mock battle in the Chaffee against a StuG. I was the gunner and got to hit the big red button that made the cannon go boom. It was pretty rad even if it was just a blank. Being 6ft tall though, it was not very comfortable in the Chaffee. Lol
Its videos like these, that put a massive smile on the face that lasts a long time even during an appallingly bad time. Thank you, also a very well lesson to be learnt from today's video. Rather be the guy that tries to reason, than be the guy that douches to be the reason.
Agreed. I'm another older WoT player, yes I am older than Jingles. In most matches I am average on a good day. Which is not to Often. Jingles, please comeback and WoT again. These youngsters are making my game play look crappie........which it is.

So much fun driving around in a light tank circling someone with a slow turret. I had to go back and watch my game from 2017 that I made into a video where I got an Ace Tanker and High Caliber in a Chaffee in a tier 7 game.

Pushing someone out of your smoke is a little on the toxic side, but Delny was the only other source of spotting on that side. Delny shouldn’t be farming from a groningens smoke while the team has no vision when Delny is an open water gunboat.

That Grille could have finished the game if he set up an ambush at his base. If I remember correctly there is a tiny little gap behind the rectangular house on the right. Only way someone to shoot you is from the obvious left side where the arties usually sit and the tiny little gap on the right side someone could potentially shoot someone through. Park in that gap, point toward the left side and just wait for the chaffee to come. IDK why he decided to leave the base. The Grille is pretty slow and he would have gotten easily spotted if he decided to take a look on the hill first. That's just my opinion from my past experience as an arty player. The enemy team really had bad coordination at the end and Tombstone took advantage of it. Truly well done sir.

Tiers 4 to 6 do have some of the most fun tanks to play tier 7 is where it starts to get stupid. Tier 7 plays most matches against burrasques and t56 skodas who delete 90% of your health in 2 shots. At tier 8 you play in matches with 25 premium tanks run on a premium account with a credit booster and loaded with full gold and premium consumables.

Damage records on any ship that has to shoot mostly HE , arent really records. Damage records are the guys who get 300k dmg in their yamato with AP, or in a monty, maybe colombo. Or the DD's with torps. Relying on fires to get the damage in, isnt exactly a skill requirement
well it was the damage record specifically for the groningen so what else can you do in that ship. you have no HE pen so setting fires is the goal, and you will only ever get citadels with AP at suicide range vs very lightly armored cruisers.

Just got back to Kansas from a road trip that included tombstone az, and Yellowstone 24 hours before the road I drove on collapsed into the flooding river.
Many moons ago I got my 1vs5 medal in my m19 hellcat .. and no it wasn’t from the bushes like you would think I was very aggressive . That slow ass turret traverse almost cost me when I was trying to finish the 2x arty around a building. Have not played in a few years and wish I still had the replay now I just remember the story and have a cool medal in the game to look at.
The singing was so good it might just get copyright claimed. Also i can imagine jingles humming these songs over the radio when communicating with ashore.

It was not a mistake, they steered directly into their teammate and kept accelerating to push them out of the smoke, exposing them to enemy fire.

Many moons ago I got my 1vs5 medal in my m19 hellcat .. and no it wasn’t from the bushes like you would think I was very aggressive . That slow ass turret traverse almost cost me when I was trying to finish the 2x arty around a building. Have not played in a few years and wish I still had the replay now I just remember the story and have a cool medal in the game to look at.
The war thunder hellcat is very satisfying with its fast turret traverse after suffering the wot one for so many years.
