The Riverwalk is a cash cow. Long ago it might have been considered an urban park, but those days are long gone. Now it's about eating and drinking and carousing. $ $ $ $ $

So there's a tunnel under neath the city ! Ooooooo kkkk! What I see in down town isant exactly a RIVER ! The amount water a storm produces this little river isant going to handle it so there has to be bypass . Let do some research in this water works in San Antonio .
